​Light yellow.  Effusive banana peel and tropical fruit give creamy diligence to lemon grass and butter, providing a backdrop bouquet for oak and cardamom.  Tahini and elderberry liqueur give visage to omnipresent nutty round fruit.  Ripe apricot and piquant lilikoi spice propel rich, full butter and oak through tight acidity and slight heat, providing near-perfect sweet & sour balance in an incredibly full-bodied Sauv-blanc.  52°F
